Main features and efficiency of Automatic Plastic Handle Machine

1.The machine will stop auomatically when lack of carton, lack of handle, lack of bottom paper.

(1) The paper feeding mode is the regular flat bottom sheet of the carton machinery, neat stacking, automatic paper feeding, the paper feeding positioning is accurate; the paper size can be adjusted.

(2) The handle is directly poured into the silo for bulk, and is automatically sorted by the machine: it is automatically arranged and automatically conveyed.

(3) The specifications of the buckle can be adjusted or quickly changed to fit the size buckle.

(4) On all sides of the buckle position can be adjusted omnidirectionally to meet the requirements of different products.

(5)The finished product is automatically transported, automatically stacked and automatically launched after being stacked to the set number.

(6)The paper is transported with imported PU soft-based belt so as to avoid paper being scratched.

2. Use programmable controller PLC to achieve automatic program control. 

3. The carton and the handle are all adopted with servo-position and photo-detection, and all are automatically detected and controlled anyway to ensure accurate interpenetration.

4. Automatic counting and display of finished products, automatic stacking and conveying.

5. The mechanical movement part is equipped with a protective cover for safety protection.

6. Man-machine interface display, reaction fault display and overload protection.

7. Working hours per day:Full servo control. The transmission part is fully mechanically driven and has a long service life.

8.Stable production speed is maintained at around 4,000 pcs per hour.
